Leadership in advancing forward often involves self-sacrifice, tireless and relentless dedication, that kind that puts it all out on the line and leaves nothing to chance. Leadership is about service, giving it all you have, there is not holding back. Naturally having a brilliant imagination, bold and courageous moves, encouraging words and an optimism that transforms and energizes the surrounding environment is good to have. It would have been awesome to have this fully developed a long time ago, but it is only through all these experiences over time that this insight, understanding, power and purpose has been developed.
This endeavour has been a work in progress for some time now, after plenty of hard work, determination and major investment, lots of thinking, organizing and writing, this is available right now and today. This pioneering work has plenty of amazing and awesome things here, that’s leadership. Leadership also starts with each one of us. The challenges are great, we must confront and conquer fears, solve overwhelming problems, manage complexities and scenarios, make promises we can deliver on and deliver on the promises we make, that’s all part of the territory.
To be in between a rock and a hard place is not that bad, if you exercise leadership. These problems must be mined for the nuggets of golden opportunity to learn lessons, grow, excel, overcome, succeed at mission tasking, increase our trustworthiness for even great challenges that will materialize out of thin air, just for each and every one of us. Karma and meta-physics is an absolute feature of the universe. It exists for us, we need to express the best of who we are, make a difference and make the world a better place.
This endeavour is about individual initiative with vision, express creative imagination, the desire for success, to create, to build and transform, a personal and national renaissance. We advance forward with strength, courage and trust, with a faith in the future and our ability to be masters of our destiny, regardless of the present state. It is a priceless opportunity and it is our leadership responsibility that we each have as we work individually and within a group, we truly can build a better civilized society, more advanced, spiritual and prosperous, with amazing opportunities for everyone.
